This dynamic and inclusive 4-hour workshop is designed for yoga teachers, educators, therapists, and wellness professionals who want to expand their skills and confidently offer chair-based yoga to people of all abilities.
Rooted in the transformative teachings of Jivana Heyman and Dianne Bondy, this training explores how yoga can be truly accessible, trauma-informed, and grounded in equity. You’ll gain practical tools to adapt asana, breathwork, and meditation for those who practice seated, whether due to disability, aging, injury, chronic illness, or personal preference.
